Grilled Halibut Topped with a Chimichurri Sauce (via Karista’s Kitchen)

I love this sauce! I love it so much it’s a staple at our house year round, but especially savored during the summer months. Chimichurri sauce is divine over fish, but it’s also fabulous over a delcious grilled T-Bone, Rib-eye or New york strip! So here’s to summer and all the delicious food! Happy Cooking!

    This is our favorite way to grill foods. We use the chimichurri sauce to marinade and baste the meat. It really is a signature sauce of South America. Your adaptation of the sauce is fantástico!
